David Denman & Associates provided Architectural Services for the design and documentation of the Old Tasmanian Hotel restoration project. 

The ground floor of Old Tasmanian Hotel is currently occupied by the Fingal Neighbourhood House; however, the first floor is unoccupied and in need restoration and repair. 

The brief called for the stabilisation of existing heritage structures, repair and fit-out of the upstairs with offices, counciling offices and emergency accommodation, 
A new lift addition has been designed as Stage 2 works to provide Universal Access.
