David Denman + Associates designed a new accessible entrance and entrance paths, drop off at the existing Northern Midlands Council Chambers. 

The project included the demolition of an adjoining residence to make way for a new carpark.

A new glazed facade enclosing the original verandah provide a space for council displays and exhibitions, as well as protection for visitors on rainy days. 

The locally heritage listed building has been upgraded to provide for present day amenity.
