VAUCLUSE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

David Denman + Associates adapted this original homestead at Vaucluse Estate to create a Boutique Hotel.

The hotel comprises 10 rooms with ensuites and a new commercial kitchen.

The proposal delivered an innovative design that meets accessibility and emergency egress requirements whilst preserving the historic cultural heritage significance of the place.

Construction was completed by Fairbrother who was the winner of MBA Commercial Heritage-Listed or Period Restoration/Renovation: Vaucluse Hotel (Tas)
