David Denman + Associates completed the design for the new visitor accommodation development at the heritage listed building- Hotel Colonial, Launceston.

This new 38-unit development will bring a new façade to the intersection of George & Elizabeth St. The design focuses on responding to the Launceston local historic heritage context through its material palette, form and scale while providing modern for guests.
