DENMAN

David Denman + Associates provided Architectural Services for the design and documentation of the new Perth Cricket Club Change rooms building.  The design required detailed consultation with representatives of the Perth Cricket Club.  The budget was extremely limited and as such Denman Architects were able to provide full design services that included in-house hydraulic, electrical and mechanical specification of the building design that targeted the project budget without compromising on performance, functionality or code compliance. MV Consulting provided sub-consultancy structural engineering services on this project.  

DD+A are capable of combining building specification and design of nearly all components of small to medium scale buildings to achieve cost effective consultancy fees on projects where budgets are tight.  In this instance, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical design and specification was prepared by DD+A as part of their service.
